How to open an automatic backup file when the tab in the task pane is not there?

Hello, first you go to options; Backup and recovery. You look at where the backups are made.

Then you go directly to the folder and you open the automatic backup. All you have to do is save your work.

Indeed, it works after deleting the .swar that is placed after the .sldprt at the end of the file before opening it with Solidworks.
