How do you set up a "joint" type part in different diameters?

Hello

Then integrated it into the library. This will have the advantage of being able to open it and he asks us what diameter we would like and all this in 1 library file.

I own Solidworks 2014

Thanks in advance

Kind regards

Yes, there are several possibilities:

Make configurations, make a family of parts or make a smart component (intelligent component that will adapt itself according to the selected diameter)

Hello I recommend the families of parts which are configurations driven by an Excel table: http://help.solidworks.com/2012/French/SolidWorks/sldworks/Inserting_a_New_Design_Table.htm And here's more information about configurations: http://help.solidworks.com/2012/French/SolidWorks/sldworks/Configurations_Overview.htm?id=2db7e5389ada432898a941e7a437857d#Pg0

A priori, the component being a standard component responding to specific sizes and well defined, I would also obtain for the creation of the different sizes via a family of parts.
