How to Enable Part Movement in a Subassembly

I am in the process of making an assembly in SW2018, containing a sub-assembly representing a cylinder.

This sub-assembly consists of a body and a rod with a concentric stress and a limit stress of the rod's stroke with respect to the cylinder body.

In this sub-assembly the rod slides well but when I come back to the overall assembly, it is impossible to slide this rod.

Is it impossible?

Ah, I just found something similar on the forum.

For those who are asking the same question, right click on the subassembly, properties and check 'Flexible'.

Indeed, the sub-assembly must be transformed from rigid to flexible:
