How do I recover a family table that has been deleted?

I lost the family table in a room and in an assembly (following a change of version I think). All rows created in excel have been replaced with configurations. Here is an attached piece whose family table has been lost.

Can I recover a family table that has been deleted?

If not, is it possible to recreate a family table from the existing configurations?

yes you just have to insert==>tables==>family of parts... I'll give you your file with it..
