How to bend a circle in Inventor: I create a circle and I try to "bend" the circle by creating a line tangent to the circle of the sketch but impossible

What type of room is it to create? There might be another way to create the sketch to get a result.
You can do by scanning.
You make a 1st sketch of your round and then a second sketch of your bending wire.
It works very well as long as you create the line on a longitudinal plane, see attached image.

The line should be tangent to the circle, but on a new sketch (not the one already used for extrude, sweep, etc.)
You can bend anything, even complex parts, as long as you use a sketch per fold (edit tab, of course).
