If you don't give us at least a freehand drawing, we will hardly be able to give you a relevant method.

Almost everything is doable under SW (except for the results of the LOTO which is a serious bug)

You could also look on GrabCad where there are ready-made templates that you would just have to insert into your beautiful gate and fences.
