How to Retrieve Mechanically Welded Parts List Properties in Multiple Folios of the Same File

Hello

I work mainly with mechanically welded elements and for supplier consultation concerns I would like to create a plan (folio) per body.

When I create the detail plan with the finished part, I create a list of mechanically welded parts in order to have a summary of the parts and quantity markings.

Then I create a folio for each body in order to dissociate the parts to be made (sheet metal, machining, etc.) and in each of these plans I would like to retrieve the corresponding information, i.e. the information included in the mechanically welded parts list table in order to have the article registration number and the quantity automatically on my plan.

Do you know a way to recover this data?

Hello

A solution to look at the automatic tables/nomenclature, then a macro to retrieve the information?

Right-click on the table and then automatically split all the rows. All that remains is to drag the BOM line to the appropriate sheet

Good evening

Thank you max59,

Indeed, this allows the link between the main mechanically welded part and the marks and quantities to be maintained.

To go further in the process, now that I have each property dissociated by body, would there be a solution to integrate the quantity of the split table in the cartouche and ditto to integrate the part marker after the main plane number?

I've been looking since this morning, but I'm completely dry.

Thank you

Not in the cartridge, you can just put a note related to your piece...

Knowing that you already have your list of parts welded on a single line, it can be used as cartridges, right?

Simpler:

In the 3D file, right-click at least once on the "welded parts list" folder and refresh

put a "const.soudé" table in the first sheet

(reminder: always link the view to the table if you put a bubble)

Then in the other sheets, put the views, etc...

And to call a property,

link the view to the table,

place a bubble,

Choose "Welded Parts List Property",

add the quantity if necessary,

and to remove the arrow pointing to the model,

do "other properties" and choose without arrow
