How to retrieve the name of a configuration in smart properties

Hello

Do you know how I could retrieve the name of a configuration (in a family of fasteners) to make it appear as a reference in the SMART PROPERTIES?

Thank you

I see that you have made a family of plays.

Directly in the Excel table of your part family, you add a column with the Reference property.

Column Header: $propriete@reference

In this column you duplicate the name of your configuration.

Hello

We have to look at the problem in reverse. It is up to your family of species to fill in your reference property.

See it like this:

Create a column with the label: $PROPRIETE@Name of your property

In this column you can specify the property for each item in your room family.

The property will automatically be in your title box as with Smart Properties.

Edit: Not fast enough!!

I'm trying right away..

Thank you for your responsiveness

I've tried your solutions that work... I can get the name of the configurations.

From now on in smart properties, in the case of screws, I get the name of the desired configuration. On the other hand, I was annoyed in the case of any part, which also got the name of the config in reference (i.e. "DEFAULT", and yes there is no other config in this case).

So I added a SW variable in the smart properties, in the "properties related to documents" section, which retrieves the name of the document (SW-PartNumber). This way I manage to have my reference of parts for the bills of materials, whether it is screws or parts.

whew....
