How to reference the characteristics of cables and wires in the Routing Helper Library and add the columns on the existing Excel and XML file in the Routing Library?

I would like to reference the characteristics of my cables and wires in the Solidworks routing library, I have already tried several things but without success, i.e. modify the Excel base file by putting my own references of cables, wires and then ask the routing library to fetch the Excel file in Solidworks Templates.
