How to reset autocad 2016 settings

Hi all.

I was working and a message displaying fatal error appeared on my screen.

after saving the work, I reopened the file and unfortunately I can no longer delete with the "Delete" or delete key from my keyboard.

Also after when I select a line and I right-click the delete, move and other options no longer display.

I restarted the post and I even reinstalled AutoCAD 2016 but still the same problem.

Really I don't know what to do anymore
