How do I update the file links on the PDM when the file is copy share?

I have a problem with an excel file saved under the PDM:

This file is copied/shared in several times, and I receive the message to update the file except that the links are no longer good.

I would therefore like to know how to update these file links and that the updates are done automatically.

Hello, is the excel file subject to specific flow rules for documents, and is versioning (archiving extraction) taken into account?

Is the office add-in (integration archiving extraction in the excel interface) installed on all workstations?
