On 3D or 2D?
On the 2D : you have to unfold the symbol toolbar:
On 3D :
You must have the FTA Functional Tolerancing & Annotation workshop
Be in CATProduct mode

It is possible that by default the solder annotation command is not there, so you have to add it:
Edit: on the 3D it's an annotation, this command doesn't create the geometry of the weld seam or a staggered representation.
If it is a geometric representation of the weld I do not know with the workshops at my disposal that it is possible.
I would opt for a surface plot

It's only on the 2D, symbolic representation.
On Solidworks it is in the weld representation bar, but on catia I couldn't find it.
