How do I find the interface in classic mode on Draftsight?

Hello I just installed Draft sight, but as I think I'm on mac it goes directly into separate window mode!I'm looking for how to switch to a classic display mode like on autocad.

Hello, you have to go to the window menu, then change the UI (user interface or graphical interface in French) then choose "fixed style toolbar mode" and restart. Here is the explanation in English: Windows Menu This menu contains a unqiue command, Switch UI Mode. It switches DraftSight's user interface between Mac and Windows styles: Mac style -- all user interface elements are independent of one another, irritating, in my mind. Drag the drawing window, and everything else stays in place. Some people like this, apparently. Windows style -- this mode is called "fixed style toolbar mode" curiously enough, and only comes into effect after you quit and restart DraftSight.

Well for once it was on Mac I didn't have time to answer...

FYI, under Yosemite in the 2015 Draft, the UI change doesn't work.

I advise you to check in Preference/ Interface (cmd+?) otherwise if you place your windows in position, in particular the noname at each opening and closing, they will always be in the chosen place

So of course it all depends on whether MacUser or MacSwithcher but it reacts like PSE
