When I want to make a new sheet in drawing, it does not support the initial basemap.

After asking to add a sheet I get a message saying:

The basemap cannot be found.

Are your models stored locally or on a network server?

If on a network server, then how is the path of the Basemaps indicated in the SW (File Locations) options?

right-click on the tab of the property sheet >

A window appears with theoretically the available basemaps and formats

You have to check the box "Show the background plan"

Otherwise, check that the address above the checkbox is the one where your basemaps are saved. If this is not the case, either you move the basemaps or you click on "browse" to look for the right folder.
