How do I convert my fixed licenses to floating licenses?

Knowing that the conversion with axemble has already been carried out, but concretely my licenses are still fixed.

You should maybe redo the installation and change the license type.

For my part, all SLDW licenses are floating

open SLDW go to the help, in the drop-down you find:  transfer license

click on it, the license is freed from the PC after a little while, so you can get it back

on another PC provided that SOLIDWORKS is installed there

I think it's no longer possible in the latest version of SW

2016 and 2015 but not on

The problem must come from your solidworks serial numbers, if it starts with 9000 it is a number for a fixed license. 

Your provider must have sent you a new serial number in order to switch to a floating license, if not see with this one.
