Hello, I think I made a mistake even when checking them, I still can't visualize the lines and points

on the 3D.

You probably have a selection filter enabled! F5 then deactivate all filters:

If you are talking about the X, Y and Z projection lines, you have to check the 3rd option "Show XYZ measurements.

Yes, otherwise it's sure that a restore of the settings solves a lot of things, but you still have to have saved all your parameters just after the configuration of the keyboard, mouse, paths etc...
