Graphics Card Compatibility

it's not the graphics card of the processor  that hinders the proper functioning

A gateway that does not open between the PROC and the Quadro card

attempts to disable the graphics card that is embedded in the processor

Go to config panel/system/device manager/graphics card and disable the graphics card from the proc

I've always used these drivers too, and I've never had any problems!

As for disabling the integrated graphics card, that's the first thing I did.

Still without results... I'll have to send it back I think....

Weird that it happens like this....:/

Re

Ha but it happened recently before it was working?

So what change has there been since the problem (windows update or other)?

@+

Since I've had this job, I've always had this problem.

My dealer and H.P's support are passing the buck back to each other..... and don't know why!

@gt22 the animal comes out of its den lol

@Bart On these laptops there is no way to change the video card? (not by you but under warranty by the after-sales technician)

Well yes, but HP support tells me that it's not hardware, and that it needs to be formatted......

@Bart since I answered you, I just had a weird thing with my nvidia K2000 card..... No way to get out of the screensaver!!!

I'll check my drivers

I think the last drivers they released is obsolete!

There are 2 of us in the office in this case.

And it's happening at the same time.

The pc wakes up from sleep, but displays an error message that the display driver has crashed.

What is the version of your driver?

I'm in 331.82 and the tester in the solidworks tools says it's good
