I just noticed a bug following the editing of a note related to the property on a drawing view (see below).
When the view is "integer" the note (MEPE411) is visible, but as soon as I edit a local section via the sketch, the note attached to a subassembly disappears (see below).
Would there be a way to keep the notes without conflicts with the local sectional view, or is this anomaly related to my version of SW (Pro 2020 SP4.0)?

I just did the test, it works, the note doesn't disappear.
But if I do my local cut then I put the annotation, if I delete the local cut, then the annotation disappears.
Try to see on your side by reversing the order of making the cut and the annotation. That is to say you put the annotation and then you make the cut.
Or maybe a graphics card problem, because I also have display problems. (Nvidia quadro 5000-PC I9)
