After changing PCs, when reinstalling SW 2014. PDM does not appear in the list of add-ins.
During the installation I checked that PDM was selected and installed.

Have you put the right license for EPDM, see: http://help.solidworks.com/2014/french/EnterprisePDM/admin/c_version_license_type.htm?verRedirect=1
The Editor license allows you to activate add-ins from within the CAD application, but the Contributor license does not.
