Design of the test bench

Hello

I am a mechanical engineer, I want to design a test bench (see attached image). I need help to size it.

What is the sizing? The strength of the chassis or the sizing of the mechanical elements?

I would say 8 meters by 2 meters, but I'm not sure...

It's a quiz???

So, if it's a test bench, we see mesh enclosures that slide to close the top of the mechanically welded frame. So the interesting part is in the middle?

We can see a cable being braided in the middle ???
