Designing a punching system for a progressive tool

Hello 

I am designing a progressive tool and I have an oblong hole in an inclined surface that it is impossible to make this normal hole unless there is a punching system for this type of hole.

c well I solved the problem; In fact, I was looking for an example of a punching system for inclined surfaces and I found.. Thank you anyway
