iff condition in a custom property

Hello

Is it possible to use conditions in the Solidworks Custom properties?

I would like to concatenate several pieces of information into a single property as follows:

$PRP:"SW-File Name"$PRP:"N001_INDICE"_$PRP:"N001_DESIGNATION_1"

but sometimes I don't need the second "hint" information based on the first "file name" information (either starts with PC or with another letter sequence)

Not sure if I can do this even with the custom property form.
However, this can be easily done with Visiativ's " smartproperties " utility:

If you have access to the utilities via the visiativ maintenance go through it.
