Yes, if the tenons have been made with the mortise and tenon sheet metal function, there is an option to chamfer or round the ends of the tenons.

In the sketch (if part created with ONE sketch), select sketch fillet, fill in the value and select ALL segments by opening a selection window...
And there you have it...
