Keeping constraints in a STEP file

Hello

 

I have an assembly under Solidworks with advanced and mechanical constraints. I need to share this file with a service provider and I would like to keep the links so that they can make the model work and understand how it works in detail. The STEP format does not retain the constraints. Is there another format or way to share this file?

To my knowledge, apart from the composition to take away, you will have no other choice I think

It all depends on the software of your interlocutor. In any case, a neutral format does not allow the constraints to be maintained.
