Contact between the unit, type of solidarity or no penetration?

Hi all

As part of a simulation, I set up Bolt-type connectors with a rod adjusted between two plates.

In this case, what type of contact between assemblies should I set up between the 2 contact faces of my plates? Solidarity or No penetration?

Solid= the 2 pieces in one block

No penetration = contact detection between the 2 parts

So you shouldn't put it together because otherwise your bolts are no longer useful.
