I have a recurring problem: Constraints in an assembly that are in the "deleted" state are "active" when I insert this assembly into another assembly and make it flexible.
Does anyone know about this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

Wouldn't it be your Default configuration that activates?
Is the option to always resolve assemblies enabled?
