Is it possible to put constraints so that I can see if I can install my railing in one part or will I have to have it dismantled (see the printed screens to better understand).
The same goes for my stringers which can be dismantled.

You can try with a trajectory constraint associated with a collision detection...
but uh... how to say...: " Good luck ".

It is possible to put constraints and by doing step by step:
coincidence of a vertex at one end with 1 wall, coincidence of a vertex at the other end with the 2nd wall, and possibly, tangency of the flank with the central post.
Either it goes at ease and no problem
Either it's fair and difficult to validate with SW
For me no problem for the installation of your railing.
1/You have high ceilings
2/ You could install it before putting the steps
So don't bother with SW except for the pleasure of the challenge
