Is it possible to give a contact constraint to a part to have a movement on another part (in an assembly)

If we assume that it's under solidworks, I would try with a coincidence of the orange part edge on the blue surface, then put a coaxial stress on the axis of the orange part and the orange part and finally and avoid that everything starts from crossing add a max/mini angle stress.

We can constrain a simple coincidence between a point of the orange piece (to be created before if it is not a vertex) on the surface of the blue piece.

Maybe the constraint of limit distance, or of the barrier or of trajectory.
