DRAFIX conversion. CAD to DWG

Hello

I'm looking for a Trick or a utility to convert a database created under Drafix (windows 3.1) to DWG or DXF in order to open them with Draftsight or solidworks (2D import) 

 

For those who know, the conversion to Drafix is mostly tedious hence my requette.
