Hello so you don't have an ST1 license

You can get away with it by going through the IGES format by changing the options.

Which software do you have Solidworks depending on the version you know how to read of CATIA

Slt, I am a new member on lynkoa, my answer is as follows; I think you can use a converter called "CrossManager",  it is a standalone software that allows you to convert files of most CAD formats. Here is the download link below, feel free to contact me if you want anything.
