Will someone be super cool to convert the file to pj solidworks 2016 in 2015 version

It's not really possible. If your part is not too complex you ask for a .step, you open it >Insertion>FeatureWorks>Function Recognition.

It must be Sld2017, I'm in 2016 and impossible to open it!

Normally, if you have Solidworks 2016 SP5, you should be able to open it, but if you don't, you will have to proceed as DBZ recommends.
