Conversion JPG==>DXF

Hello colleagues,

I got an image from the net and I would like to convert it but my software doesn't do anything correct (PROfist Artist and Bitmap via prog software). Anyone of you have another piece of software that would make me or maybe even the DXF in stock in your database.

I made an attempt on Adobe Illustrator, but the imitation wood background disturbs the vectorization :-( and the result is not very clear

It clicked me when I wrote the message, I cleaned the image on photoshop then I vectorized it, I'm attaching a DXF of what I generated,
