Since we have SW 2018 we can no longer convert drawings to PDF by batchconverter, some option or configuration did not have to follow when switching from SW2017 to 2018.

Have you installed the MycadTools setup for SW2018 ?

FYI some options have also disappeared in integration and after contact of the hotline they will be restored in the 2018 sp1 version (planned for the end of the year)
