It's possible for free with Onshape (www.onshape.com):
Simply create an account, import a file, open it, and right-click > Export and choose the SolidWorks format.

What do they guarantee on the confidentiality of the files sent to them? Because if I understand correctly, you upload your templates to their site to get another format.

I don't think there is a privacy issue.
Onshape is an online 3D design software: it was the team behind SolidWorks that created OnShape (see NASA Tech Briefs link below).

In addition, Anna Wood who used to write one of the most influential blogs about SolidWorks, the late www.solidmuse.com, whose performance test files have since been taken over by SolidWorks (included in the base installation) abandoned SolidWorks not long ago for OnShape (because of SolidWorks' renewal policy).
