Copy with constraints

Can we copy with constraints with the notion of "Lock Rotation"?

In the 2016 version, you can lock the rotation by copying the advanced constraint "center profile".

Hello

What you can do is type coaxial in  the filter bar, this way only this constraint will appear. Then grab them all  then right-click and set the rotation of x rotations at once.

Even faster, Right click on the constrained paper clip and then lock the concentric rotation:
