I am having a problem with the angle dimensioning for a drawing.
The price always starts to be opposite that I want, it's always outside, impossible to quote inside...

It's okay I found it, I just restart Solidworks and do a CCleaner ...

I don't really see what CCleaner could solve.
As I understood you wanted to dimension the "opposite" angle, if you dimension in smart dimension (red dimension below) you can dimension the opposite (blue dimension) by deselecting Smart Dimension then Display Option>Vertical Opposite Angle.
