Hello
See if your sketch is not fixed. Click on the lines and points to see if there is an anchor that fixes everything. If there is one, you will just have to delete it.

@d.roger and @ac cobra 427 : I deleted all the lines that make up (I didn't delete the sketch).
When I try to drag the sketch, Solidworks gives me this message:

Try turning on auto-resolution to see.
Click Tools, Sketch Settings, Auto Resolution.
