I can't find how to make a rating between 2 points by following 1 line in the drawing.
For the moment I draw a small perpendicular line and I start my dimensioning with a line to the point.

By zooming in on your point you can't select it with the smart quotation?
You put your dimension between the two points then right-click on this dimension and you select "align to edge" (you select your line). And normally it's good.
