If in your sketch of the oblong you have the side with the Ø you just have to click on the view and do shift-w or in the annotation and object tab of the model but you have to be careful with this type of dimension, because if you change this dimension the 3D will also be modified.
By doing this way, your dimensions will be placed on the MEP as in the sketches of your room.
