Dimensions that automatically set to "Piloted"

Hello everyone.

For the past few days, when I use the automatic quotation function, after validation of the odds, they get grey.

So I have to select the dimensions one by one, open the context menu and uncheck "Controlled dimension".

Namely:

This happens on any sketch.

I have changed the settings in the options several times.

I have reset the settings to default several times.

Thank you and have a good day...

Hello

The option at the bottom of this image is checked only for "Warn" and not "set driven by default"?

And when trying to change the default room template, is it the same problem?

Sorry if I make duplicates but I have a lot of trouble with the way this site works.

What do you mean by "change the default room template"?

Document templates for parts are . PRTDOT, see here:

http://help.solidworks.com/2012/French/SolidWorks/sldworks/Document_Templates.htm

If you have other positions available, is it the same problem?

I didn't create any part templates.

I use the "factory" configuration.

This problem appeared suddenly.

I only have one workstation equipped with Solidworks.

Try my tutorial to reset the SolidWorks settings (you can go back to its settings later), to identify if it's the configuration that's causing the problem:

Simply AWESOME...

Everything is back to normal.

All I have to do now is put my desktop back with the function icons that I use regularly.

Thank you again...

Everything is Ok.

All I have to do is put the icons of my favorite functions back on my workstation.

Hello, while searching in the help I saw that you could check the optio on the attached capture.

You should take a look.

Kind regards

I don't think the answer chosen is the best...

Sorry .PL but I don't understand anything about your site.

I didn't give anyone a better answer.

I don't know how to answer a particular person, (for example to gmargirier who gives me a solution that I have tested several times, as said at the beginning of my topic (thank you anyway)) since finding the "REPLY" panel, I am forced to come to the middle of the page (on the forums where I go, the "Answer" window is located under each intervention.

To make a copy/paste, it's a whole program.

To insert an image, ditto.

You can't put color on text.

There are no emoticons (practical to make people understood)

Etc... Etc...

But the site is worth getting up to date. Lots of qualified people.

Tell me how to assign the best answer to the person who deserves it.

Thank you again to all.

No worries, the handling is a bit laborious at first.

For all requests for improvements, you should turn to these groups (please do so, the remarks of novices are always interesting, and may be taken into account in the next update of the site, which should take place shortly):

An example of the slowness of sending: Our messages have crossed, PL.

Sorry that the vote for the best answer was put by accident (probably an unfortunate click)

It goes without saying that my vote is for .PL

Unfortunately, you have just told me that this vote cannot be changed...

Another illogical thing... For moreover, in the meantime, another, even better answer can be given.

I just sent a message to Clementine.

It's probably better to create a new thread in the groups, Clémentine is very reactive to it, and it avoids overloading her with messages: I wrote "where" and not "or"!
