Hi, I have a small assembly that I set up and this one is filled with ribs all over the place.
Which slows down my machine enormously, how do I display only the ribs without all the other types?
And why does it lag to death when I put the annotations?
Small screenshot in attachments
Thank you =)

I think that if it lags it's because your dimensions are stacked dimensions and which of + is via certain equations so when he recreates your assembly he recalculates everything every time

You can already remove the display of the name from the sides if you are not interested in it.
In the heads-up display, hide/show objects/display names of the sides

How your assembly seems to be substantial
used the blocking bar

and try if you can to create sub-assemblies

Hello
To display only the dimensions you have to deselect the types one by one in the display menu... But the dimensions are part of the annotations and it is impossible to display only the dimensions.
See attached image.
At best, you can hide some sketches to make visible only the ones that interest you.
Edit: by right-clicking in the tree on the "Annotations" folder (if it is not displayed, display it with a right-click "Show-hide tree folders"), you can choose what you want to display:
Show annotations / Show Function Dimensions / Show Reference Dimensions / Show DimXpert annotations

Thank you guys for your answers.
On the other hand, I only have 12 pieces in my assembly so nothing alarming.
I don't understand why it's slowing down so much for so little....
As I have to play with the lengths, I display the dimensions, but here, everything freezes and takes 20 years to pivot....

Gt22, the locking bar works under an assembly?

I just saw on your last screen printer that you have equations out of context, with the symbol "->".
If it lags, it may be related !!
Do you really need these equations that point to other parts???

In fact, the quations are all in the parts and not in the assembly.
It's mostly that there are several configurations.
For example, the high crossbar is the same everywhere, but with different configurations.

To see which function takes the longest to rebuild, you can do a CTRL Q, then .

Rebuilding is not a problem, the problem is that I can't eat as I want, it's not fluid at all...
It looks like I'm on xp with an integrated graphics card^^

No more info? Indeed...
Have you tried a save-under of your assembly just in case?
And if you don't display the odds, it lags less?

It's the 5th takeaway line-up, I have problems with all of them.
Without the ribs, everything is settled. So it's the display of the ribs that is blocking.
But as I have to change them often so that my assembly follows and that I can save in dxf my unfolded. I don't have much choice but to leave my ribs visible....

And you tried to activate the complex assembly mode?
Do you have only one file open?
And other possibilities to improve speed:

In complex assembly, it's perfect in terms of speed, on the other hand, I have no ribs. ^^
I know I'm boring:p But I waste time to death handling my assembly.
Edit: I had disabled annotations....^^
When I activate everything indeed it's better, not that yet, but there's progress!
I don't think I could do better... So Lucas....+1 ;)
