Elbow with two different inlet and outlet diameters

Hello everyone.

For a personal project, I need an elbow that has a larger input than the output, 25mm input and 19mm output.

Here's what my sketch looks like at the moment.

And I would like to know how to connect the two ends and that the change in diameter is done along the length of the curve.

I also want to say that this part will be 3D printed if anyone ever asks the question.

Use " construction line parameter" and not " guide curves".

Otherwise, the guide curves must pass through each shape sketch (see small icon under guide curves).
