Annotation Color

Hello

Small annotation color issues in the drawing in Solidworks:

All the annotations appear orange when I put them in. I need to select them and do "Line Color" and check the "Default" box to turn them back to black. I know that it's the checkbox in the "Options" that solves the problem but I can't see where anymore.
