Hello
I'm trying to color the hatching of the cross-sectional views on a plan (under SW2011).
I've already tried a few ideas:
- use layers, but I can't apply color only to hatching but to the whole view.
- use the "line color" tool, but it only works on hatched areas created, not on section views
Kind regards
Gabriel

You have already answered your question
See this link

In a cross-sectional view, it is not possible to change the color
unless you do an editing

I had seen this page in my initial research.
I asked this question to find out if anyone had a trick to get around this ban.

You can also export in DWG or DXF to apply a color, with DraftSight for example.

Otherwise you have to remove the hatching, then create hatching in the region, see this link:

Thank you for your quick answers.
So to sum up, under SW, there is no other solution than to redo the hatching "by hand" in the cut areas.
It's a shame, but an improvement to be made for SW2016 perhaps!
