In an assembly, I have 2 times the same sub-assembly
but they do not have the same colors of constituent parts
(I removed the colors of one in the head asm)
How to find the colors of the colored in the gray.

Are they strictly the same configurations?
There is the possibility of putting a color on a part / assembly at the level of the assembly containing it. That's probably what happened to you.
Normally it is managed on this column:

Well seen, there are indeed 2 configurations.
The problem comes back to having the same colors in 2 different configs
(There is only one display state)
i.e. associate a part color (at the level of the asm X) in all the configs of this asm X
