Cut into pieces in 2 Solidworks

Hello 

I would have liked to know if there was a function on Solidworks to cut a part in 2 and make a "Male/Female" assembly system. (See attached photo).
I went through the "Split a part" function to get the result but the problem is that the dimensions of the two pieces created are identical, no play for the assembly. 
Do I have to do it manually by shifting the sketch by 0.2mm to have the desired clearance at the assembly or is there a predefined function?
