Ok, if I want this coourry at the same time to cause a body that is stuck to it?

Hello, follow the advice of GT22 & .PL. Because to train another body, the exercise given by .PL leads you to use a pulley/belt constraint. Which will give you your movement.
PS: I've already used it and it works very well.
