I would advise you to try this e-drawing:

In addition, with this version you will have 15 days in professional mode which will allow you to have the measure function. When you generate an edrawing, only the premium solidworks versions allow you to have this "measure" function

@vspemens: not necessarily, only those who have an Edrawing Professional license(s) have access to the measure function, regardless of SW's license level.

You have to look in your Edrawings recording settings if the measure tool is enabled.
