Create or import hatch types

Hi all

I work with Draftsight and when it comes to hatching, I find that we are not well served. In those that are proposed, there are a large number that seem identical to me, under different names and that I would like to delete to simplify the choice. On the other hand, I would like to find, or create, more different models.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance

Bernard

Hello

Yes, as I indicated in the other question, DraftSight is compatible with .pat files (for pattern) which can be derived from AutoCAD.

See the answers I gave for the import procedure: the folder depends on the version of DraftSight.

Thank you for these answers.

I carefully reread Lucas' answers to the same question earlier.

Like autocad . Pat should be suitable for Draftsight, I have been downloading two from the internet.

I try to copy them into one, then the other adhoc file, filled in the location of the system files as proposed by Lucas.

And it works, even if I had problems with the scales to solve.

Thank you Lucas
