I'm looking to create a quote spreadsheet to generate a family of parts. Then, starting from a desired dimension, I would like to edit the 2D plan.
Is it possible? Is there a tutorial?

with Configution Publisher you should be able to get by
It allows you to configure parts, assemblies or modify plans (part dimensions) on demand
once ordered and configure the correct parameterization coordinates
